Are you passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Rise Pet Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. We are a new specialty and emergency veterinary hospital that is putting an emphasis on our commitment to high-quality care, exceptional customer service, and employee wellness. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with both pets and their owners, this position is perfect for you

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle billing and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
• Provide knowledgeable and compassionate guidance to clients regarding veterinary services, procedures, and products.
• Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary staff, ensuring clear communication and understanding of treatment plans, follow-ups, and medication instructions.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the call room and welcome area, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients and their pets.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
• Strive to exceed client expectations by going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.
• Emergency phone triage knowledge a plus

Compensation, Benefits and Perks:

$ $24.00/Hour

This position is for daytime and swing shifts, either four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts, including one weekend day.
