Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Technician to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will assist in endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process. Clinical background is appreciated.

College degree is preferred but not required.

Candidate must have previous or current experience in a busy endoscopy unit. References are required.

Responsibility
  • Prepare and maintain endoscopic equipment before and after procedures
  • Assist physicians during endoscopic examinations
  • Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during procedures
  • Handle specimens obtained during endoscopies appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information
Experience
  • Proficiency in aseptic technique for maintaining a sterile field
  • Knowledge of medical imaging techniques related to endoscopy
  • Ability to assist in diagnostic evaluation during procedures
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • Previous experience working as an Endoscopy Technician is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
