Human Resources Generalist

Location:
Irvine, CA

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (On-site Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Salary Range:
$80,000 annually (DOE)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Human Resources Generalist
to support all facets of HR operations in a fast-paced, multi-state environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about building scalable HR processes that support employee success and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Administer and support benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with leadership on talent management initiatives such as performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Assist in building and refining HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records in accordance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or HRBP role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience in a large organizational environment preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or PHRca certification preferred.
