Marketing Automation Manager

Location: This role will have you In office 2-3x days a week. Must be based near one of our offices, preferably at our Mountain View headquarters or in Austin, TX.
As a Marketing Automation Manager at Moveworks, you will play a critical role in our next phase of growth by managing the infrastructure to scale our marketing data, technologies & processes.
This role is a unique opportunity to work with the latest marketing technologies — at a multibillion-dollar AI company in hyper-growth. The right candidate is a deeply curious and data-driven marketer who enjoys building world-class campaigns through cross-functional collaboration. To succeed, you'll need experience building processes, programs, workflows and campaigns, specifically across an enterprise SaaS marketing tech stack.
This is an individual contributor role with a major impact on our Marketing Operations Team; it reports to the Head of Marketing Operations.
What will you do?
- Own the Moveworks marketing technology infrastructure that supports our marketing engine
- Manage data collection, hygiene & lifecycle processes across the marketing technology stack; implementing automations to upkeep end to end data integrity, comply with compliance regulations, and ensure accurate analytics reporting
- Architect workflows to support campaign operations and analytics needs; maintaining native & custom integrations to enable audience segmentations, channel activations, and accurate reporting
- Implement proactive measures to identify data & process issues, working cross functionally to implement timely resolutions
- Partner with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement for process efficiency and campaign effectiveness, while implementing best practices through education and enablement
What do you bring to the table?
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing.
- 3+ years of experience as an administrator or technical user of enterprise marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, etc.
- 2+ years of experience handling marketing data and partnering with Analytics/BI teams to deliver accurate reporting (SQL & Python experience a plus)
- 2+ years of experience developing & integrating custom data structures for marketing channel activations (Apache/Velocity, API, JSON & Ruby experience a plus)
- Experience with CRM administration a plus (SFDC custom objects, apex, flows, etc.)
- Experience with integration platforms a plus (Boomi, Mulesoft, Make, Workato, etc.)
- A passion for fast-paced environments that focuses on transparency, collaboration, rapid iteration, and continual improvement.
- A deep sense of curiosity and a desire to get your hands dirty to meet ambitious goals.
Base Compensation Range:
$110,000-$145,000 (for Bay Area Candidates)
- Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role's scope and complexity, the candidate's experience and expertise, and other factors.
