Skills and Experience You Need:

  • Prior Office Administrative Experience (Required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (Required)
  • Previous experience in processing confidential paperwork (Required)
  • High school degree (Required)
  • Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory or Banking Industries (Preferred)

Your Mission:

  • Open, close, and transfer client accounts while keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Generate and provide insightful reports to advisors and assistants.
  • Complete and process new client applications.
  • Keep tabs on pending business and assist with appointment preparation.
  • Resolve account issues with a smile
  • Maintain a flawless database and respond to client inquiries promptly.
  • Be proactive with advisors and clients, tackling tasks head-on.
  • Process transactions with precision.
  • All other duties as assigned.
