Responsibilities

  • Engage showroom visitors and guide them through the sales process
  • Sell cabinetry solutions by understanding customer needs and presenting options
  • Follow up on leads to convert interest into sales
  • Prepare estimates and quotes with accuracy and professionalism
  • Ensure excellent customer experience before, during, and after the sale
  • Keep showroom displays clean and organized to attract more customers
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and sales team to fulfill orders efficiently

Qualifications

  • Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish & English (Required)
  • Passion for sales – You thrive on closing deals and earning commissions
  • Customer service experience with a sales-driven mindset (preferred, not required)
  • Competitive and self-motivated – You push yourself to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills – You can build relationships and sell with confidence
  • Basic math skills – Comfortable preparing quotes and handling estimates
  • Comfortable with technology – Able to learn CRM systems for sales tracking
