Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality food and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the culinary arts and eager to contribute to a team that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure the highest quality of food service.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, ovens, and fryers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying management of shortages.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others.
  • Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
