About the store

In the heart of SF, Superfine Kitchen is proving that you don't have to sacrifice quality and taste for a convenient ready-to-eat meal. Our packaged breakfast and lunch options- made daily in our Dogpatch kitchen- are sold alongside pizza, pastries, and unique beverages and snacks. We currently have one location in the Financial District and are expanding early next year

About the roles

Superfine Kitchen is growing our team of full- and part-time employees as we expand our retail footprint in downtown SF. These roles will begin at our FiDi location, with the opportunity to relocate to our new store when it opens next year.

  • Support the daily functions of the store - place orders, receive daily deliveries, take inventory, support the customer journey, handle guest needs, maintain store cleanliness & other duties as assigned
  • Capture potential catering clients through salesmanship and working knowledge of our workplace food solutions.
  • Be a resource to customers on ingredients, dietary restrictions and preferences; have fluency in the details of a large and evolving menu.
  • Utilize the Square backend dashboard efficiently- adjust the menu weekly, track item sales, and use data to inform store orders.
  • Manage the POS and third-party online orders.
  • Ensure quality and health and safety regulations are met.
  • Train and develop future team following store opening
  • Communicate store updates and needs effectively with a fully remote kitchen and management team throughout your shift.

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a customer facing role (cashier/server experience preferred).
  • Ability to juggle multiple duties, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Punctual and able to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • We are a growing company and your role will evolve as needed.
  • Thoughtful, curious, and creative. We love ideas and want to hear yours
  • Availability Monday through Friday, for shifts between 7am and 4pm.
  • Comfortable standing for 8 hours and moving/lifting up to 30lbs.
  • Food Manager's Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment)
