Centennial Controls is an authorized Johnson Controls Facilities Explorer contractor. We specialize in new construction, tenant finishes, retrofits/upgrades, and service of Building Automation Systems.

We are currently looking for BAS service technicians and installers to join our well-established team. The ideal candidate is a team player who has low-voltage controls installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance experience. This person will be responsible for all areas of BAS installation, maintenance, and service at a wide variety of customer sites throughout Colorado. This position has tremendous growth potential within the company, and paid training for those interested in moving from installation to service, programming, system engineering, and more based on the employee's capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols
  • Understanding of low-voltage systems and wiring
  • Experience with installing security systems, fire alarms, and communication networks translates well to this position
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
  • Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment
  • Building Management Systems experience is a bonus
  • Experience with both old and new Trane Control Systems is a bonus
  • Strong customer service skills needed
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Compensation based on level of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $85,000.00 per year
