Role Overview
As a
Venture Scout
, you act as a connector between promising startups and Initio Capital. Simply introduce founders or companies in your network who are fundraising or scaling — and our internal team takes care of the rest. When your referral becomes a customer, you receive direct payment and full credit in your dashboard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refer early-stage or venture-backed startups aligned with Initio Capital's programs.
  • Make warm introductions between founders and our partnerships team.
  • Use your personalized form and real-time dashboard to submit and track referrals, commissions, and payouts.
  • Optionally participate in training sessions and partner marketing initiatives.
