About The Role
Join our dynamic Client Services Team in New York City and play a vital role in executing high-impact digital campaigns across the US East, US Central, and Canadian markets.

This role is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn the core mechanics of our business, setting you up for a successful career in digital media operations and customer success.

You will work closely with both Campaign Management and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

What you will be doing

  • Campaign Preparation & Launch: Act as the final gatekeeper for campaign assets (e.g., tags and creatives), meticulously reviewing them to ensure they are complete and adhere to technical specifications before activation.
  • Operational Execution: Support Campaign Managers by building and configuring both Managed and Programmatic campaigns directly within the Ogury One platform.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct rigorous Post-Launch Quality Assurance to verify campaign setup accuracy and flawless execution across all platforms.
  • Proof of Performance & Reporting: Capture evidence of live campaign activation and create polished, client-facing PowerPoint decks demonstrating successful launch.
  • Financial Closing: Own the final step in the campaign lifecycle by accurately completing monthly billing and reconciliation to ensure timely and correct invoicing.

What you will bring to Ogury

  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in digital media, ad operations, or a related field.
  • Technical Familiarity: Direct experience with or understanding of ad tags and verification tags from systems like DCM, DoubleVerify, and IAS.
  • Agency Background (Preferred): Previous experience working at or closely with a media or advertising agency is a strong plus.
  • Software Proficiency: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for data handling and reporting) and PowerPoint (for client-facing decks).
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

The salary for the
Client Services Associate
role is:
$65,000 - $75,000
annually, in addition to annual variable compensation, dependent upon relevant experience and location.Applications will close on November 30, 2025.
