We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who are ready to take their communication and sales skills to the next level. This role combines the best of both worlds — a professional office environment and hands-on retail-style engagement with customers.

As an AT&T Customer Sales Associate, you'll represent one of the nation's leading brands in wireless, entertainment, and home service solutions. You'll connect with customers both in-office and through community-based outreach to provide personalized consultations and help them choose the right AT&T products and plans.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers in person and by phone to understand their needs and recommend AT&T products and services.
  • Conduct professional consultations on wireless, fiber internet, streaming, and smart home solutions.
  • Work in an office environment to manage customer communications, schedule consultations, and process service requests.
  • Support retail-style interactions by greeting customers, demonstrating devices, and closing sales.
  • Ensure accurate account setup and timely processing of service updates.
  • Maintain detailed notes and records of customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Stay informed about AT&T promotions, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Uphold a professional and customer-first attitude in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Reliable transportation to our Harrisburg, PA office.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, coachable, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for helping customers.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus (but not required).
  • Willingness to learn about wireless, internet, and home service technologies.
