Job Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to understanding customer behavior to guide business strategy. As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging technology, marketing, finance, statistics, data mining, and social science. Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to analyze customer behavior, provide key insights, and shape strategies to enhance customer satisfaction with convenient, fast, and free shipping services in US and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate program features and marketing content performance.
• Conduct statistical A/B and multivariate testing.
• Design and maintain program health metrics and reports.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from business leaders.
• Employ data mining and analytical techniques to identify customer trends.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.

Essential Skills

• 7 years of experience with large-scale complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Background in statistics, programming, and marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Experience in metric anomaly investigation and developing new metrics.
• Proven stakeholder management and prioritization skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Python/R experience is a plus, especially for data analysis and automation.
• SAS experience beneficial.
• Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or marketing preferred.

Work Environment
This is an onsite position located in Seattle, WA, where you will work closely with teams to innovate and enhance customer experiences.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $70.00/hr.
