Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Leader to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, along with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. As a Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Our leaders must possess a strong passion for hospitality, standars, and team building. An ideal candidate will come to work with the passion of progressing the company and its employees. Positive attitude, care for quality, and a team environment are a MUST.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times by themself and the employees.
  • Weekly meetings and constant communication with Operations Manager
  • Collaborate with other Managers to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
  • Knowledge, ability, and willingness to work any and all stations required.
  • Ordering
  • Enforcing standards of operations, guidelines, and rules and regulations stated in the employee handbook.
  • Inventory knowledge and responsiblities
  • Culturing a safe and inclusive work environment

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
  • Experience in meal preparation within a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to delegate tasks daily
  • Familiarity with culinary techniques and equipment used in food preparation.
  • Team leadership
