Location:  Houston, Texas - Internship will be onsite

Duration:  9 Weeks
(Anticipated Dates:  June 1st, July 31, 2026)

Key Responsibilities As an intern, you will:
  • Contribute to Real Projects: Work on meaningful projects in your field of study, with guidance from experienced professionals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with cross-functional teams to gain insights into different areas of our business, including construction, business development, finance, marketing, sales, and HSE.
  • Develop Professional Skills: Attend workshops, training sessions, and networking events designed to enhance your leadership, communication, and technical skills.
  • Problem-Solve: Tackle real-world challenges and provide innovative solutions that drive results.
  • Present Your Work: Share your project outcomes and experiences with senior leadership and your peers at the end of the internship.

Requirements:
  • Current Enrollment: Must be a Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • Academic Standing: Strong academic standing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and tackling new challenges.
  • Initiative: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software and tools in your field of study is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, marketing automation tools, etc.).
  • Availability: Must be available to work full-time for the entire duration of the internship program onsite (9 weeks - Houston, Texas).
