Position: Director of Marketing

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000

Our client is looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to join their growing construction management firm headquartered in West Palm Beach. This person must have ability to lead, build, and scale a high-performing marketing function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a company that's spent the last decade building a strong foundation—and is now ready to invest in its brand, people, and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the company's marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, and proposal marketing
  • Lead day-to-day execution while building out the team and infrastructure to support future growth
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, business development, and operations to align marketing with company goals
  • Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints, including social media, digital channels, RFPs, and internal communications
  • Bring a strategic lens to everything from campaign planning to performance metrics, while staying nimble and creative
  • Help modernize the marketing function and bring fresh thinking to a company that's ready for its next chapter

What We're Looking For

  • 7–15+ years of experience in marketing (within US), with a strong track record of building or leading a marketing function
  • Deep experience in the
    construction industry
    is strongly preferred; real estate or finance backgrounds will also be considered
  • A strategic thinker who's also comfortable rolling up their sleeves—this is a build-as-you-go environment
  • Proven ability to lead brand development, digital strategy, recruiting marketing, and business development support
  • Strong understanding of metrics, performance tracking, and digital channel optimization
  • Someone who lives and breathes marketing and is excited to grow with the business over the next 5–10 years
