Role Description

This is a full-time Experienced Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems Sales Specialist role based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting fire alarm solutions in the new construction / "parts and smarts" market. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging clients through effective communication, providing excellent customer service, managing accounts, and supporting the team through training and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service and addressing client concerns
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and ability to identify and close opportunities
  • Previous experience in the security and/or fire alarm industry is a must
  • NICET Level II (or higher) certification in fire alarm systems is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or relevant field preferred
