Hot Swap USA is a licensed plumbing and electrical contractor committed to delivering sustainable, energy-efficient solutions for California homeowners. Through a state-funded energy program, we are helping families upgrade their outdated gas water heaters to modern, efficient heat pump systems at no cost to the customer.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and promote this unique zero-cost water heater upgrade program to residential homeowners. This is a rare opportunity to sell a product that benefits the customer, the environment, and the community—without the traditional price objections.
What You'll Do
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of energy-efficient water heater replacements.
- Conduct scheduled homeowner appointments.
- Qualify customers and guide them through the enrollment process
- Take pictures of existing water heaters and upload to the company CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

What We're Looking For
- Previous outside sales experience preferred (home improvement, solar, or energy efficiency a plus).
- Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with door-to-door and community outreach.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet with homeowners.
