Office Services Lead

Job Description Summary

Sort by station and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and copy projects. Receive and deliver all incoming packages (i.e. Fedex, UPS, etc.). Pick up and deliver copy jobs, faxes and packages. Keep daily records of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Sorting, look-up, proper marking and direction of all U.S.P.S. mail, overnight and interoffice mail. Produce copy and print projects adhering to guidelines and prioritizing jobs to ensure deadlines are met.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Delivery and pick up of mail and copy projects throughout floors to and from Office Services.

  2. Delivery and pick up of FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail and any other incoming packages from various vendors.

  3. Maintain daily logs and stat information for tracking and reporting purposes.

  4. Assist Office Services Senior Manager with duties.

  5. Assist with review and update of unlabeled, or misdirected/unidentified mail.

  6. Sort all incoming mail and overnight packages.

  7. Process all outgoing and interoffice mail.

  8. Meter all outgoing U.S.P.S. mail.

  9. Operate all Office Services equipment including copiers, cutter, folder and drill press.

  10. Assist with timely production schedule to ensure all deadlines are met.

  11. Keep a neat work environment.

  12. Notify and escalate to Sr Account Manager any issues with operations and/or customer related.

  13. Follow the Quality Process in auditing all work produced in the Copy Center.

Typical Requirements:

Able to lift 50-75 lbs.

Valid Driver's License

High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)

Copier/Fax/FedEx/Postage Machine knowledge

Special Skills:

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Good interpersonal skills.

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Outstanding punctuality/attendance record.

Excellent driving record

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ $27.00
