**Job Summary: Inside Sales Representative**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our solutions effectively to close deals. Key responsibilities include:
Job Summary:
-Quote shipping and product via our company website and process orders.
-Generate all quote requests for outside sales reps.
-Enter all quote request into CRM and assign with the sales rep.
-Load quote into CRM
Conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate leads.
Prospect 20 new accounts a day via calls and emails.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
Tracking and reporting on sales metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement.
Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales
Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong business development and negotiation skills
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales. A proven track record in inside sales or a related field is preferred. If you are driven by results and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply and join our team
