Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will ensure that all patients receive the support and care they need.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Pre-billing
- schedule aids for open cases
- follow-up with patients on a weekly basis to ensure quality service to our patients
- Schedule appointments and manage the patient calendar efficiently.
- Collect patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
- Provide information about services, procedures, and office policies to patients.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions in electronic health records.
- Handle phone inquiries and respond to patient questions in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.
Qualifications
- Previous medical office experience is preferred; dental office experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative support tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
