Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Pre-billing

  • Schedule appointments and manage the patient calendar efficiently.
  • Collect patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
  • Provide information about services, procedures, and office policies to patients.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions in electronic health records.
  • Handle phone inquiries and respond to patient questions in both English and Spanish.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous medical office experience is preferred; dental office experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative support tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
