About Nimble Cloud Logistics Nimble's Cloud Logistics software team builds the in-house suite of cloud-native solutions that drive Nimble's operations and customer integrations. Nimble has developed an all-in-one platform of next-generation solutions, including Warehouse Management System ("WMS"), Transportation Management System ("TMS"), Order Management System ("OMS"), Inventory Management System ("IMS"), and Returns Management System ("RMS"). The entire software stack is native, in-house developed and streamlines customer onboarding through a single integration that eliminates reliance on third-party providers.

About the Role As a QA Lead, you will be a pillar for keeping the bar high for the quality of the product and be a leader to the other QA team members. You will play a critical role in working with our world-class cross-functional team to help build the world's most advanced robotic fulfillment system Nimble Cloud Logistics is a 30-person team that is core to delivering effective solutions to Nimble's customers. On occasion, the team is expected to work extended hours, including weekends, to launch large revenue opportunities for the company.

Responsibilities: - Perform QA testing on a suite of test cases defined in test management tooling - Apply a variety of testing methodologies to ensure quality in our robotic fulfillment product - Own quality of test management and ensure sufficient coverage is regularly improved for release testing - Create strong relationships with product managers, users, and engineering to help gain insights to improve quality of testing - Lead a team of QA testers to ensure they are testing with high quality - Be a mentor for junior QA team members
Qualifications: - Bachelors in a STEM field - 3+ years of industry experience being in QA - Proficient understanding of how to perform QA tests for SaaS products - Has scripting experience to help speed up testing - Proficient understanding of SQL, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and gRPC APIs - Strong communication skills (clear test steps, ) - Strong drive to grow and stay on cutting edge of innovations in the field - Strong ability to understand requirements and gain alignment on cross functional expectations
Nice to have: - Strong coding skills - Linear - Experience using test management tools (i.e. TestRail)
Additional Requirements: - Willing to work extended hours and weekends if needed
