At Velocity Energy & Home Solutions, we specialize in delivering high-quality solar energy solutions. We're looking for a Field Service Manager to join our team and play a critical role in planning and coordinating residential and commercial PV installations.

Job Description: The Field Service Manager will oversee site surveys, coordinate survey types based on project needs, and assist with solar design planning and electrical connection methods. This is an in-office, full-time role responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly from survey to design handoff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate the type of site survey required for each project.
  • Assist survey technicians and facilitate communication with inside operations.
  • Plan the optimal solar design and method of electrical connection for each project.
  • Provide all plans to the design team for final engineering review.
  • Oversee survey technicians, electrical technicians, and field teams.
  • Communicate throughout the day on scheduled projects, notes, and completions.
  • Ensure all project scopes are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational coordination and technical guidance.
  • Requirements: Some solar installation experience.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to support and oversee team members effectively.

Pay: $60, $65,000.00 per year
