is seeking a
Supply Chain Planning Manager
to lead planning, replenishment, and inventory optimization across multiple business lines. This role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day supply chain planning for multiple product categories.
  • Oversee ERP data accuracy, purchase orders, and production scheduling.
  • Review forecasts and demand plans, identifying outliers and collaborating with Sales and Operations to align on needs.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels while achieving service and working capital goals.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of planners to ensure best-in-class supply performance.
  • Drive process improvements and KPI tracking across inventory, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
  • Serve as a key liaison between suppliers, logistics, and internal leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of supply chain planning or production planning in food/CPG manufacturing.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing planners or small teams.
  • Strong ERP and data analysis experience (Excel, forecasting, MRP systems).
  • Proven success managing replenishment and improving inventory performance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in frozen, refrigerated, or ambient food supply chains is highly preferred.
