RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.

· Maintain, service and repair residential HVAC systems.

· Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, checking electrical connections, and lubricating moving parts.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.

· Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

· Make accurate recommendations for enhanced modifications for HVAC systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.

· Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Ability to operate a service utility van for transportation to job sites.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment when necessary.

EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 1 Year Residential HVAC Technician Experience Required

· 3-5 Years Residential HVAC Technician Experience Preferred

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

· EPA Universal Required

· NATE Certification Preferred
