Mopar Powertrain Network Regional Sales Representative

*REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES:*

  • Building and Maintaining relationships with Chrysler Parts and Service departments in a designated sales area
  • Drive wholesale business back to the Dealerships by calling on local independent repair shops and fleets
  • Maintain a working relationship with local Stellantis Employees
  • Grow Sales and market penetration of Power Train Products in the designated territory

*Required Skills/Qualifications:*

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Strong focus on sales and customer relationship building.
  • Ability to coordinate departmental functions and meet common objectives.
  • Leadership experience and capability within project execution and service delivery.
  • Competent, customer-oriented professional who can multi-task and support multiple geographic locations concurrently.
  • Ability to anticipate customer and team needs and provide proactive support.

Compensation

  • Base Compensation starts at 40K per year
  • Aggressive commission plan based on territory growth
  • Company-provided vehicle
  • 401K with 3% match and insurance

Must obtain a valid state driver's license and meet the company's insurability requirements

*Physical Qualifications:*
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. May at times be required to climb, reach above/below shoulder height, may have to bend and twist at the waist.
