We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, positive clinician (LMHC or LCSW) to assist in leading our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This individual will serve a dual role: providing direct clinical services as the primary therapist, and assisting in the oversight of a multidisciplinary treatment team. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with a passion for quality care, team collaboration, and supporting client recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties (Direct Services):

  • Serve as the primary therapist for a caseload of IOP clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Coordinate care with external providers and support systems as needed.
  • Monitor client progress, documenting treatment and outcomes according to clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Managerial & Supervisory Duties:

  • Assist the Program Director in leading and supporting an interdisciplinary team including therapists, nurses, and support staff.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and case conferences to ensure cohesive, client-centered care.
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Ensure adherence to program protocols, ethical standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with administrative and leadership teams to enhance program development and service delivery.

Community Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, referral sources, and healthcare providers.
  • Represent the IOP at community events, networking meetings, and outreach initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure continuity of care and facilitate client referrals both into and out of the program.
  • Promote the program's visibility and reputation within the community
  • Advocate for the needs of individuals and be an enabler of access to services.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
  • Active and unrestricted LMHC or LCSW license in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in an IOP or similar mental health setting.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing group and individual therapy.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Certification or training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with co-occurring disorders.
