Hyundai of Kirkland, a high-volume automotive dealership conveniently located off I-405, is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to bring on to our sales department. We were ranked  #2 for Best Place to Work in Washington among Extra- Large companies

The New Car Sales Manager plays an extremely vital role in our operations because you will be directing and leading the sales department. The ideal candidate would be an individual with prior automotive sales management experience but someone with a great track record of automotive sales for multiple years will be considered.

New Car Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Find new clientele and business.
  • Train and mentor those in the Sales Department.
  • Set and reach weekly / monthly goals.
  • Always provide world-class customer service to guests.
  • Prepare a daily plan for sales staff and follow up on progress.

Qualifications

New Car Sales Manager Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of prior automotive sales experience.
  • Experience in DriveCentric is preferred.
  • Proficient with technology.
  • Driver's License.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
