We are seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator for a busy dental practice. We are looking for a talented, motivated, and highly organized individual to join our team

The desired candidate will have a working knowledge of PPO insurance, an outgoing personality, and be detail-oriented. We are looking for someone who is a team player and strives for excellence.

The Treatment Coordinator will need to be able to understand and accurately estimate and present dental treatment plans and financial options to patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Present treatment plans clearly and review financial options with patients
  • Verify insurance benefits and accurately estimate patient portions
  • Schedule patient appointments while meeting production goals and follow up on pending treatment
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the practice management system
  • Maintain front office check-out
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a dental office (treatment coordination or front office)
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with dental software Dentrix
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
