About the Role

At Evoraa Healthcare, we believe that healing starts with people. We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Human Resource Coordinator to help nurture a workplace culture where every employee feels valued, supported, and inspired.

As part of our HR team, you'll play a key role in promoting engagement, maintaining compliance, and supporting staff who dedicate their lives to helping others recover and thrive. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta, with regular travel to our Georgia facilities to stay connected with teams across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring alignment with our mission of compassionate care.
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement, morale, and retention through communication, recognition, and feedback programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Support employee relations, assist with conflict resolution, and provide coaching and guidance to staff and supervisors.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives that promote growth, wellbeing, and leadership within the organization.
  • Collaborate on policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel weekly to facilities across Georgia to stay connected with on-site teams and reinforce our shared culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience preferred, ideally in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or healthcare.
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a compassionate, people-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel weekly to facilities within driving distance of Atlanta.
