Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth by generating qualified appointments through outbound calling and warm calling strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and experience with CRM software. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in B2B sales, telemarketing, and business development within a fast-paced environment focused on technology and customer service excellence.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage in effective negotiation to secure appointment setting and advance sales conversations
  • Utilize CRM software such as Hubspot to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure appointments are with high-potential prospects
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign strategies and target audiences
  • Provide exceptional customer service during calls, addressing inquiries professionally and courteously
  • Maintain detailed records of call activities and outcomes within CRM systems
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities through outbound outreach

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles, preferably involving technology or technical sales
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns and engage customers effectively
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer service principles is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets consistently
  • Prior experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, or business development is desirable
