Retention Supervisor

- 3+ years of call center leadership experience in Customer Retention or Loyalty within a subscription-based or telecommunications setting.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding key retention metrics, including Save Rate, Invoice Retained %, Customer Experience (CX), and Average Handle Time (AHT).
- Proficient in Salesforce, Five9, IEX, Slack, Verint, and Stripe, or similar CRM, telephony, WFM, QA, and billing systems.
- Expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams through organizational change and driving adoption of new initiatives.
