About the Role

We are seeking a Client Success & Partnerships Associate to help grow and manage our partnerships within college football programs. This role is ideal for someone who understands the college football landscape, has an existing network within the sport, and enjoys building long-term, trust-based relationships.

You will play a key role in acquiring new partner programs, managing relationships with existing partners, organizing partnership agreements, and ensuring ongoing partner success. This position requires a mix of sales ability, organization, communication, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new college football program partners
  • Leverage an existing network within college football to drive new partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current partner programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
  • Clearly communicate value propositions and sell partnership offerings
  • Organize, track, and manage partnership agreements and related documentation
  • Coordinate internally to ensure partner needs and expectations are met
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, agreements, and partner status
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow or deepen existing partnerships

Qualifications

  • Existing relationships or network within college football programs is required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities at once

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 10.0 per week

Work Location: Remote
