Office Administrator – Nabors Pools
Pay: $40,000 – $55,000 / year | Location: Katy, TX (In-office, Mon–Fri)
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love helping customers? Nabors Pools is growing fast, and we need an Office Administrator to manage customer communication, quotes, and workflow, making sure every job goes from start to finish seamlessly, honoring our small-town, neighborly customer service feel while we grow and expand.
What You'll Do
- Handle calls, emails, and texts from customers professionally
- Keep customers updated on schedules, pricing, and progress
- Review and finalize repair quotes, schedule approved work
- Manage service work orders, invoicing, and billing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and tech notes in Skimmer
- Support technicians and leadership to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong phone, text, and email communication skills with an emphasis on building relationships with our customers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize
- Calm under pressure when busy, with a positive attitude
- Experienced with computers and learning new software
- Experience with Teams, Google Suite, Skimmer, or Dialpad is a plus
