Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Position Overview
Empire Creative Marketing is a full-service marketing agency specializing in strategic brand development, digital marketing, website design, video production, and creative services for industrial, manufacturing, and professional-service clients.
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive who excels in both sales and client relationship management. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing new clients, and managing ongoing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, and passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals through innovative marketing strategies. This position combines consultative sales, strategic thinking, and hands-on account management within a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that align with Empire Creative's core services and capabilities.
- Conduct prospect research, outreach, and presentations to decision-makers across target industries.
- Develop tailored proposals, estimates, and marketing solutions that address client goals and challenges.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management and follow-up.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy, target markets, and service offerings.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand each client's business, objectives, and marketing needs to deliver strategic recommendations.
- Lead client meetings, reviews, and presentations with confidence and professionalism.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and agency quality guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional projects and cross-service collaboration.
Account Management & Coordination
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Create and manage estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and bills.
- Work closely with creative, digital, and production departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track client performance metrics and provide insights to demonstrate ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed documentation in the agency's CRM and project management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or client account management (agency experience preferred).
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Commensurate with experience.
