Overview

**Employment in this role is conditional upon the successful execution of the contract by the client.**

The Work

Training Support Center (TSC) Specialists/ Technicians to provide technical and operational support at multiple Army installations. Specialists will manage TADSS (Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations), ensuring equipment readiness, accountability, and support for training exercises across Active, Reserve, and National Guard units.

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot TADSS equipment to ensure readiness for training events.
  •  Issue and return TADSS, maintaining accurate accountability and property records.
  • Support units during training exercises with setup, technical guidance, and operational support. Conduct preventive maintenance and perform basic repairs on assigned equipment.
  • Assist TSC Leads in day-to-day operations, including inventory management and reporting. Ensure compliance with Army policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Qualifications – Here's What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in Training Support Center operations, TADSS operations, or equivalent technical support experience.
  • Technical proficiency with Army TADSS and training support systems.
  • Logistic experience.
  • Training Aid, Device, Simulator experience.
  • Current or former membership in US Army or Army National Guard.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior military experience.

Reports to: Training Support Center Lead

Working Conditions

  • Work is conducted primarily at assigned client installations, with both indoor and outdoor environments. Locations may include training sites, simulation centers, and warehouse/storage areas for training equipment.
  • Working conditions may vary depending on seasonal weather conditions (e.g., cold, hot, humid, or wet environments) during outdoor training support.
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
  • May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
  • May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.

Pay Range

USD $ USD $26.44 /Hr.
