Done. Home Solutions (DHS) is a local, family- and woman-owned Maintenance Conpany that serves TruHaven Homes, Property Management company. We proudly serve Chicago's North Shore, Evanston & Chicago primarily. We manage beautiful rental homes and homeowner associations with a focus on friendly, responsive service and supporting our local community.

We're looking for a skilled, dependable, and personable Handyman to help keep our properties in top shape and our residents happy

What You'll Do

  • Perform general repairs, maintenance, and small improvement projects across rental homes and HOA communities.
  • Handle light plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs.
  • Prepare rental units for move-ins and ensure they meet TruHaven's high standards.
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with our property management team to keep homes safe, clean, and beautiful.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
  • Strong skills in general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.).
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Bonus points for HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications

Pay & Schedule

  • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

  • Monday–Friday with occasional on-call work for emergencies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
