We are currently seeking a motivated CNC Mill Operator or Wire EDM Operator to join our growing team.

Job Overview

In this role, you will operate CNC milling machines or Wire EDM equipment to manufacture precision components according to blueprints and customer requirements. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Training is available for candidates with limited experience.

This is a full-time, in-person position working 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (6:00 AM–4:30 PM).

Key Responsibilities

Machining & Operation

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines or Wire EDM equipment.
  • Read and interpret customer prints and GD&T standards.
  • Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each project.
  • Adjust machine parameters to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Quality & Measurement

  • Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and dial indicators.
  • Inspect parts to ensure all dimensions meet customer specifications.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC and EDM equipment.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of machine or tooling issues.
  • Follow all safety protocols and proper machine-handling procedures.

Teamwork & Workflow

  • Understand the workflow to ensure tooling and components move through the shop correctly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong motivation and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Good organizational habits that support a clean, efficient work area.
  • Basic mechanical and math skills.
  • 2 years of CNC Machining experience (preferably Mill and Wire EDM)

Compensation & Benefits

  • $16–$20 per hour, based on experience
