  • Support deployments, configuration, and performance tuning of integration systems.
  • Monitor system health using tools like Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or centralized logging solutions.
  • Collaborate with SREs, developers, and architects to maintain reliability and security standards.
  • Document runbooks, operational procedures, and fixes to reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR).
  • Participate in incident response activities and assist with postmortems.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise integration or middleware platforms in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: MuleSoft, Kafka, Apache Camel, or TIBCO.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Familiarity with observability/monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch, ELK, or Splunk.
  • Experience supporting incident management in mission-critical systems.

Added bonus if you have

  • Exposure to scripting/automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Experience with AWS or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Understanding of API security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
