*Job Description:*
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to drive the solution architecture and business alignment of the Oracle MOM and RTG suite, including Retail Price Management (RPM), Retail Sales Audit (ReSA), Retail Merchandising System (RMS), and Oracle Retail Integration Bus (RIB), supporting lululemon's pricing, sales, and inventory platforms.

This role will lead the evolution and future-state roadmap of enterprise sales and inventory systems, acting as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders while ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions for a rapidly growing global retail environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Lead solution architecture for Oracle Retail (RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB) supporting pricing, sales, and inventory. Drive future-state roadmaps aligned with business strategy, act as a trusted technical advisor, and design scalable solutions for global growth. Collaborate across teams, address technical debt, ensure end-to-end architectural compliance, and deliver architecture blueprints and documentation using Visio, Oracle tools, and JIRA.

*Required Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle technologies with deep expertise in Oracle Retail solutions (RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB, RSE).
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Retail systems in enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years of experience integrating packaged solutions using message-based, service-based, and batch architectures.
  • Strong experience designing microservices and service-based architectures in global environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or OCI (preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  • Oracle performance tuning expertise.
  • Experience supporting large-scale global retail implementations.
