Must-Have Skills

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and 3-6+ years of experience in recruiting or HR support roles.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience using SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
  • Prior experience in a matrixed organization with strong stakeholder management.
