Job Description
The Senior Solution Sales Executive, Data and Analytics GTM at ServiceNow will spearhead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for data and analytics, aiming to drive revenue growth and optimize performance. This pivotal role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Solution Specialists, GTM, and Industry teams, to ensure strategies align with business objectives. As the global voice for sales and GTM efforts, this position will champion data as the foundation of agentic AI. Additionally, this position will lead the annual GTM planning process, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Strategy, and develop business cases for growth initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the organization's growth and success. The ideal candidate is a proven sales and GTM leader with the ability to collaborate effectively, foster relationships, and demonstrate a keen intellectual curiosity that builds trust with senior leaders and stakeholders throughout the organization. The candidate must bring a combination of GTM expertise, deep product and market domain knowledge, and sales excellence to drive results.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in sales, business development, and GTM at large enterprise companies, preferably in the data and analytics space.
- Proven enterprise software sales and leadership experience in a large, global, matrixed sales organization, with specialist sales experience preferred.
- Experience with hyperscalers such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud preferred.
- Strong technical acumen in data and analytics, with experience in AI, including generative and Agentic AI.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and serve as the go-to expert for Data and Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience presenting to large internal and external audiences, including customer and partner events.
- Strong understanding of customer buying preferences, market dynamics, and key drivers to craft effective sales GTM strategies.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding team quotas.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer interaction, and customer relations.
- Proficient in forecasting, financial metrics, ROI assessment, and market insights analysis.
- Proven track record of selling to large enterprise-level customers and established relationships at the C-suite level.
- Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience in inspiring global, matrixed teams to follow best practices.
- Self-starter, who thrives in ambiguity, with a collaborative "win as a team" approach.
- Global role or international experience is a plus.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $160,580 - $265,020, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
