Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and beautiful results. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing a variety of nail services while maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
  • Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting nail colors and designs that complement their style.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict sanitation protocols to ensure client safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, or body waxing to enhance the client experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments, including esthetic laser treatment and hair threading.
  • Assist with retail sales by promoting products that support nail health and beauty.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any aftercare instructions.

Qualifications

  • Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology is required.
  • Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service principles.
  • Experience in related services such as hair styling, barbering, or dermabrasion is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
