SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative at Commercial Services, Inc. (CSI), you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, vendors, and internal departments. You'll be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and accurate support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting account needs with professionalism and care. This is a full-time remote/hybrid position, ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with order processing, account updates, and service-related requests
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warranty, accounting, field operations) to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and internal systems
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate priority issues or service failures to the appropriate departments
  • Assist in managing incoming call flow and routing calls appropriately
  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment

CSI is a drug-free workplace. A pre-employment drug screening is required.
