About This Opportunity

We are seeking a strong, experienced leader to manage our busy auto repair shop in

Lancaster, TX. This location serves a diverse, tight-knit community and requires a

manager who can connect with customers, lead a team of skilled technicians, and drive

results in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Management

 Lead and develop a team of automotive technicians with varying backgrounds

and experience levels

 Provide strong, respectful leadership that earns team buy-in and accountability

 Create a positive work culture while maintaining high performance standards

 Handle disciplinary issues fairly and effectively when needed

 Coach and mentor technicians to improve their skills and productivity

Operations & Customer Service

 Oversee daily operations of a full-service automotive center

 Ensure excellent customer service in a community-focused environment

 Write accurate service estimates and explain repairs clearly to customers

 Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism

 Build lasting relationships with repeat customers and local community

Financial Performance

 Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and service recommendations

 Manage parts inventory and control costs

 Meet monthly revenue and profit targets

 Track and analyze key performance metrics

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

 Minimum 3-5 years automotive service management experience

 Proven track record of leading diverse teams successfully

 Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostics

 Excellent communication skills with customers and staff

 Experience with service writing software and shop management systems

 Valid driver's license and clean driving record

This shop is in Lancaster serving the local community. Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-

6PM, Saturday 8AM-5PM, closed Sundays.
