Your Role as a Physical Rehabilitation Specialist at RxWellness

As a Physical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their wellness journey, delivering tailored rehabilitation programs, and supporting their physical goals.

You will:

• Develop Individualized Plans: Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs based on patient needs and goals.
• Support Mobility & Flexibility: Provide hands-on stretching and movement therapy to improve flexibility, mobility, and pain management.
• Educate Patients: Motivate patients and educate them on the benefits of their treatment plans to encourage long-term wellness.
• Track Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and report progress to ensure the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with chiropractors, physical therapists, and other wellness professionals to provide holistic care.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment for optimal patient care.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and wellness and experience in rehabilitation or fitness coaching.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience: 2+ years in personal training, rehabilitation, or fitness coaching (certifications such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM Required).
• Hands-On Expertise: Familiarity with guided stretching, therapeutic exercises, and functional movement training.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build trust with patients, motivate them to achieve their goals, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Positive Energy: A motivating and enthusiastic attitude that inspires commitment to health and wellness.
• Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
