From high-needs newborns to aging adults who want to stay in the comfort of their home, we deliver compassionate, personalized care backed by clinical excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Your mission? Build relationships and grow our presence across Central Ohio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
- Identify and secure new partnerships in the medical staffing and home care space
- Collaborate with our care coordinators to ensure perfect caregiver matches
- Make regular in-person visits to prospective partners and clients
- Build and manage a referral and prospect database
- Participate in weekly planning to align with home care growth goals
- Reassure families and partners that they are in capable, caring hands
Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Some after-hours flexibility required for events or client needs

Requirements
- 1+ year in home care (Required)
- 1+ year in business development (Preferred)
- Able to travel up to 50% across Central Ohio
- Must commute to or relocate to Columbus, OH
