Sales Director Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development in full category of products.
  • Lead the sales cycle from discovery through delivery, positioning our services to decision-makers.
  • Networking and territory expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Sales Director Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Entrepreneurship or related field strongly preferred)
  • Experience in print, marketing or promotional products experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in territory management and business development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude and hunger for results.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
