We're searching for an experienced Graphic Designer ready to produce top-tier visual content that fuels initiatives across our entire organization. You'll be the creative engine, expertly juggling diverse design requests-from dynamic social media graphics and motion work to polished presentations and essential one-pagers-all while rigorously upholding our brand's excellence and consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling assets for digital platforms (social, video), print (PDFs), and internal communications.
  • Conceptualize and build beautiful brand and campaign experiences that are future-forward.
  • Drive design innovation by collaborating with partners to take initial ideas from concept through to flawless, final execution.
  • Support vital internal communications and proprietary content initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent design projects with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Lead by active participation in design critiques and collaborative brainstorm sessions.
  • Research and implement groundbreaking visual inspiration for all communication pieces, both digital and physical.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Proven background working in a large-scale, tech, and/or publicly traded company.
  • Deep passion and expertise in branding and visual identity systems, including experience in consumer-facing or digital experiences.
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma.
  • A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your creative work and measurable results.
  • A dynamic, quick-learning attitude capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with staff at every level, from peers to senior leadership.
  • A self-starting, positive, and highly collaborative team player who is accountable for their work
