Role Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling digital and print materials that bring each brand in our portfolio to life. This role combines creative design execution with disciplined process adherence — ensuring that every piece produced aligns with company standards, brand identity, and marketing Rocks.

The designer will support digital initiatives (social media, Google Display, website content) as well as print campaigns (postcards, flyers, and direct mail), helping drive consistent, high-quality creative across all 21 partner companies.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand-Aligned Creative Production

  • Design print-ready materials for postcards, flyers, and other direct-mail campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines and V/TO direction.
  • Maintain an organized library of brand assets for all partner companies.

2. Digital Design & Publishing

  • Develop on-brand graphics and videos for organic social media posts using Canva.
  • Schedule, optimize, and monitor posts through Social Pilot.
  • Design and upload engaging visual content for Google My Business and Google Display (PMax) campaigns.
  • Support WordPress website updates and landing page design using the Elementor plugin.

3. Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing Integrator and local company teams to ensure design consistency.
  • Translate strategic direction and campaign goals into clear, effective visuals.
  • Participate in L10-style marketing meetings to stay aligned with Rocks, Scorecard metrics, and creative priorities.

4. Process & Quality Control

  • Follow standardized design and file management SOPs.
  • Ensure print and digital assets meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify design improvements and systemize repeatable creative workflows.

Traction / EOS Core Components of the Role

You Will Own:

Brand-aligned creative assets across 21 partner companies

Print collateral library and file organization

Social and digital design consistency across all channels

Weekly creative deliverables aligned with Marketing Rocks and Scorecard metrics

L10 participation for marketing alignment

Qualifications Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or creative production
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic use of Social Pilot for organic social media scheduling
  • Experience with Google My Business and Google Display (PMax) creative formats
  • Familiarity with WordPress Elementor for page layout and content editing
  • Ability to create print-ready materials for professional printing (postcards, flyers, etc.)

Preferred

  • Experience in a marketing team or agency environment
  • Knowledge of EOS / Traction framework
  • Familiarity with home services or franchise-style marketing environments
